Following the 18th Constitutional Amendment in 2010, the responsibility for youth affairs was devolved to provincial governments, enabling them to develop youth-centric policies and programs tailored to local needs. In response, the Government of Balochistan established the Directorate of Youth Affairs under the administrative control of the Sports
